Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the website. If you do not accept, or wish to be bound by these terms, please do not use this website. 1.1 This website is operated by the old Byre Showroom a company registered in Scotland, whose registered office is at Auchencar Farm, Machrie, Isle of Arran, KA27 8EB, Company No. SC440111.
1.2 These terms and conditions are binding and may be updated. You should check this Website regularly to review the most current terms and conditions.2. ORDERING
2.1 You are deemed to have placed an order once having completed the online checkout process. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors, an order acknowledgement will then be sent to you, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Acceptance of an order occurs once the order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation has been sent by email. The purchase contract is made once the order has been dispatched.
2.3 The contract is not finalised if you receive notification that the order has not been accepted or if the order has been cancelled.
- 2.4 An order may be refused where:
- Goods are unavailable;
- Authorisation cannot be obtained for your payment;
- There has been a pricing or product description error; or
- Any of the eligibility criteria as set out in the terms and conditions has not been met.
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
3.2 Where the Old Byre Showroom charge separately for packaging, postage and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in the pricing structure shown on the Website.
3.3 The Old Byre Showroom reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, a refund or exchange is offered on any items returned unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
Full policy details are as follows:
- 4.1 If You wish to cancel your order:-
- >Where the goods have yet to be despatched, then by email to email@example.com.
- Where goods have been despatched, by returning said goods in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods shall be borne by you. For goods purchased as Christmas gifts we are willing to extend the returns deadline accordingly.
4.3 Provided that the items returned within 14 days have not been used and are in a saleable condition, a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit will be given. (Less Postage).
5. SERVICE ACCESS
5.1 While the Old Byre Showroom endeavour to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
5.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.
