Despatch and delivery times

We aim to process your order within twenty-four hours of receiving it. If there is to be a delay of longer than twenty-four hours before we can process your order we will advise you by email.

We aim to despatch your order no later than the next working day after processing it. Parcels are collected from our premises daily in the afternoon, excepting Sundays and Bank Holidays.

We use Royal Mail postal services - first class or standard parcel post for within the UK, and airmail small packet service for international orders up to 2 kg - we usually send larger orders overseas as a number of smaller parcels, as this is more economical. For information on Royal Mail's expected delivery times please see their website.

To safeguard delivery of your Barbour jacket we have implemented the following additional postal charges:
Special Delivery Next Day postage for jackets weighing upto 1kg to UK addresses - an additional charge of £3.45 to p+p - £7.70 in total

Standard Parcels Compensation postage for jackets weighing upto 2kg to UK addresses - an additional charge of £2.25 to p+p - £7.66 in total

International Signed For postage for jackets weighing upto 2kg for Europe and Rest of World addresses - an additional charge of £5.90 to p+p

An additional charge to cover postage costs will be made where customers instructions indicate separate billing and delivery addresses for gift purchases.
